It’s Awards Season!

And no, we’re not talking about the Billboard Music Awards.

C’mon, our awards are so much more nerdy.

We’re super proud to be helping businesses in both our home town of Tempe, AZ and all across the country. We’re in constant communication with our clients to make sure we deliver exactly the results they’re looking for. We look to Clutch in order to keep a pulse on how satisfied our customers are.

Sometimes the passion we put out into the world comes back in the form of great feedback. When that happens, we feel all warm and fuzzy.

Clutch started out doing research on business service companies around the world, and now they conduct research on a city level. Clutch’s research methodology uses criteria to rank companies such as: clients, marketing presence, and experience. The most important aspect in their ranking system is client reviews. We started collecting reviews on Clutch in 2017 and so far, clients have given us nothing but 5 stars.

One of our reviewers (a close client and coworking neighbor), Jennifer Burwell, spoke to our work last year defining her company’s brand message. She said,

“Resound helped our team tremendously to clearly articulate what it is that we do.”

One of our other amazing clients, director of marketing at a CPA firm, gave us one of the highest pieces of praise we can think of:

We were accurate…according to an accounting firm. You don’t get much better than that.

The reciprocal love from our clients has landed us in Clutch’s recent Press Release announcing top design companies in the area.

We list at the top of their Phoenix Branding Agencies directory and as a top 10 company on several other local directories. We plan to keep our top rank on Clutch by regularly collecting client feedback on the platform.
