Key To The Office

by | Aug 22, 2014

We tell our clients that understanding their company brand means first identifying their own core values and personality traits. We look inward to discover a beautiful story embedded deep within our clients to find their mark.

Why are we telling you this? Because our own personal stories and values are what define the Resound brand as well.

We are starting a new blog series. We’ll share the stories that make up who we are as individuals, and as a company.

We’ve grown really quickly over the last year. There are a lot of challenges with that. Our white board has more tasks on post-it notes than Mike has cups of coffee. But our team keeps digging in and getting things done for our favorite clients.

From random improv sessions, to daily check-ins, to intense hacky sack—this office is guaranteed to be a great time. We want you to ride shotgun on this crazy ride of ours.

The point of this blog series is to be honest and reveal the true personalities behind the work that we put out.

Every Friday, we’ll give you a key to the office, and let you see what’s happening in the Resound office.

The most valuable work Resound does is felt first, not seen. By seeing our personalities, you will begin to understand our work on a deeper level, and to us, that’s what it’s all about.
